Taxi and Transport Services

We are able to provide you with reliable taxi and transport services around Moscow City and for special trips to areas outside of Moscow, for example to cites such as Suzdal and Sergiev Posad - popular Tourist destinations.

Our services are able to be provided on an hourly basis for general travel around the Moscow City region (which is the area bounded by the MKAD) and for trips outside the MKAD prices can be agreed, depending on the destination and duration of the trip.

The primary vehicle currently used for Taxi and Transport services is a Hyundai Tucson 4WD. The vehicle has been equipped with a “winter pack” for Russian winter conditions and comes standard with all features required for comfort and safety. For comfort the vehicle has leather seats, heated front seats, multi-stack CD player (MP3 player), air-conditioning, heating, fold back seats, arms rests with drink holders, head rests, 12v power supplies for onboard food/drink storage and room for 5 adults (including the driver). For safety the vehicle comes with multiple air bags, pretension seat belts, ABS brakes, EPS/traction control, 4WD, front, side and rear collision bars, winter tyres for snow/wet, fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Being an SUV the vehicle has plenty of room and luggage space and if required, additional luggage can be transported in luggage containers placed on the vehicle roof rack. The ground clearance of the vehicle makes it ideal for winter travel around Moscow and the 4WD feature assists with parking and access in and around Moscow’s notorious bad traffic.

Our rate for taxi and transport services around the Moscow City region is €25 per hour.
The minimum time that can be booked is 1 hour.

This price allows for both driver and vehicle, but is exclusive of any parking fees that may be incurred. Most paid public parking in Moscow City is charged at the rate of 40 Rubles per hour, but parking at Train Stations is usually considerably more expensive and paid private parking can vary in price from 50 Rubles per hour upwards.

You do NOT need to be staying in one of our apartments to use our Moscow Taxi and Transport Services.
